Effective date: September 7, 2026. This policy covers the TrainBeyond application on Meta Quest headsets, desktop and mobile. It explains what the app processes, collects or stores, how that data is used, and how to ask for it to be deleted. The website privacy policy is a separate document and covers www.trainbeyond.com instead.

TrainBeyond LLC, a Texas limited liability company, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information we collect

TrainBeyond may collect the following during your use of the app.

• Device information. Data about the device you use, such as the Meta Quest hardware, the operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage information. Interaction data, such as how often you use the app, session durations, and which features you engage with.
• Personal information. Where you provide it, such as an email address or a username created inside the app.
• VR-specific data. Information about your session, such as hand tracking or spatial interaction data. This is used to make the features work and is not stored permanently.

How we use your data

• Improving the experience. To develop app features and usability.
• Analytics. To understand how the app performs and improve its content and functionality.
• Communication. Where you have given us contact details, to answer questions and support requests.
• Compliance. To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.

Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties except in two cases: with trusted service providers who make the app work, such as cloud storage and analytics, and where the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a court order. Anything shared is handled securely and in line with the privacy rules that apply.

Retention and deletion

TrainBeyond keeps data only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out above.

To ask for your data to be deleted, email support@trainbeyond.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", and include the email address or account name you use with the app, together with a short description of what you would like deleted.

A deletion request may not be possible where the data is needed to meet a legal obligation, or where it has been anonymised and can no longer be connected to you. We do not charge for handling deletion requests.

Children

TrainBeyond is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, and the effective date above will change when it is. Continuing to use TrainBeyond after an update means you accept the revised policy.
